Have a Range Rover with somewhat challenging fit and the mattress fit like a glove. Sturdy and solid.
Perfect for when needed.
Just got this cool inflatable mattress today for my upcoming road trip next month in my 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak soft top. Pumping it up was a piece of cake, and deflating it was just as easy. It fits perfectly as long as you push up both the driver and passenger seats. By the way, I'm 6'1" and 240 lbs, and the mattress held me up just fine for the few seconds I tried it out. Oh, and when I folded down the seats, I didn't even feel the incline section of the trunk. So far, I'm happy with it. The real test will be during my road trip, though. If anything changes, I'll make sure to update this review!
This mattress comes with a built-in pump that can be used to inflate and deflate the mattress. It is powered by a 12V car adapter. The whole mattress inflates in a minute using the included pump. It also will fully deflate in a minute which makes it very easy to fold back up into a small space. The mattress comes with a large carrying bag that zips shut. It is large enough to hold the mattress if you deflate it without using the pump and there is some air left, but there will be lots of extra room if you use the pump to pull all the air out.My SUV has a 12V outlet in the back, so it was super easy to inflate and deflate this mattress while it was in place. My seats are so padded, though, that they don’t fold down completely flat, so this mattress is on a slight incline in my car. I think this would work best for children or smaller individuals. Since I don’t have an automatic back hatch, I have to climb in through one of the back doors and there’s not a lot of clearance. This might make it difficult for adults. It fits the back of my SUV perfectly, though.
Very comfortable for car camping. Not sure how it would do it with two people, but have yet to use it for that. Opening it up and airing it out prior to use is a must, rubber package smell is very strong without doing this.
Inflates in just a couple mins. Works with my 600W camping battery pack. Holds 240lbs with ease. Understanding that it's short so it can fit in a vehicle, at 5'8" my feet hang off the end at the ankle. Seems incredibly durable. The oversized bag it comes with will easily hold the mattress and a sleeping bag. The deflation mode works like a charm. Folding it back up is simple. And stores very nicely. Highly recommend!
