    • Why does my mattress start leaking on the first night of use?

      Before first use, we suggest inflating the air mattress fully when you receive it and letting it sit for 24 hours, this allows time for it stretch the material. Afterward, inflate or deflate a portion of air to your desired comfort.
      If do not "stretch" the product first, after the first use, the product will automatically stretch, but this is not air leakage, it is recommended to replenish a little air.
    • Why mattresses loose firmness through the night?

      Shrinkage due to temperature changes injected into the air. One of the characteristics of air is that it expands when the temperature rises and shrinks when it decreases. For example, when you add air to a warm room, even if it's in just the right condition, when the temperature drops at night, the air contracts and feels as if the air has escaped. In this case, it is not a leak, so add air again.
    • Why does the air cushion leak but can't find a hole?

      If no small holes are found in the air cushion, please pay attention to check whether the inflation valve is tightened.
      After inflating the air mattress, please TURN OFF the air pump to avoid air leakage.
      Please check if the AIR VALVE on the left is tightened (the double-layer cover of the air valve needs to be tightened).

    Works great in our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

    We've been building up the back of our Grand Cherokees for opportunistically sleeping or resting while on road trips for years. We've tried all sorts of materials to help make it more comfortable, and over the years we've decided that an inflatable sleeping pad is the easiest way to go, and they also pack up the most compactly. Of course those pads are sized for use in tents and so the fit in the back of our Jeep was good but never perfect. This cushion from GOTIDY seems to be the ultimate solution for use in the back of your SUV and we're really happy we ordered it. It just fits in the back of our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The width is perfect and it is so long that it fully covers the back of the SUV right up to the backs of the front seats.

    This car/SUV air mattress is very well designed with thoughtful details. For example, the two halves inflate independently. We had to double check the pics carefully before we ordered but yes, each half has its own air valve so you can inflate one side and use it while folded in half if you need to reserve some space in the back of your car to transport your luggage and a cooler, etc. while you're on the road. We are on a 1,000+ mile road trip right now and that is how we're using it. It makes it very easy for a driver to get some rest and relax their back while their partner drives. Another feature we like is the included storage bag. Good news, it is oversized so you will not have a problem getting the deflated mattress back into its storage bag! It comes with a 12-volt air pump that is nothing special but definitely gets the job done. They also included some puncture patches and a mask to cover your eyes when you're trying to rest. That was not expected but is a nice touch.
